The man is super unpleasant, nothing less but probably even more so if you really get to know him. Frustrated little gentleman lacking professionalism, friendliness, common sense and hair. You're not cut out for customer service, reorient yourself towards dishwashing restaurants, far from customers, in order to spare people your bad temper.
