I can not rate this property based on current management however, I can say that I lived there WAY back in the mid 80's and LOVED it! I delivered the Toronto Star and worked my tail off. It was a pivotal time in my life and I have only fond memories of that property, the neighborhood. Can't wait to visit someday. Great place for a family then, I would not be surprised it is now.

very nice area, unprofessional management, unfortunately i had very bad experience with 2699 building mississauga always fire alarm turn on in the mid -night without any reasons and the residents complaints about that every time nobody care, not safe at all last time one apartment in 15th floor was fire inside it and Ac unit fall down to ground, fortunately nobody hurt expect the resident. one appliance has been broken the building management take three weeks to replace it.??!!! when i was moving in to apartment from first day my unit had too many bed bugs and insects i talked with management about it nobody find any solution and my daughter had difficult breathing from very bad carpet and I brought cleaning machine to clean it by myself, but still all the insects comes from other apartments, finally my family doctor advise me to moving out that's way I moving out and i advise anybody do not rent with this building (high rent, not safe, parking indoor is not comfortable especially in winter season, unprofessional management, too many insect ) . Thanks
