I’m Haitian so I know the traditional taste and looks of my own food! First time there but since my money is hard earned… last time!! I ordered what we called a “Fritay” (griot(pork), banane pezé(flattened plantains), salad and sauce) ….the fry pork was mainly pork skin and fat, barely no meat!!! Felt dupe! I just hope it was just a bad batch!! 👎🏾

pretty generous, not always consistent but the grio is to die for. always my go-to craving for haitian food. order for extra pikliz. usually 8$ small 12$ big platter. better pay with cash if you can. the restaurant looks dirty but the food is good! offers drinks, soda and no parking. you’d have to risk it and park on the front side walk or the street right next to it.
