Prices don't justify the membership fee for me; however, I sometimes go to Costco with my friend who has a membership card. Regarding this particular store, I've noticed that some staff members are just incompetent. One was trying to talk me into buying a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 saying that it has a much better camera and processor compared to my Galaxy S6 edge. The truth is, they have identical CPU's and cameras.
Love shopping here. Better value for the dollar especially when you require bulk purchases. Often find great deals on exclusive products.
Options are often limited. In particular wish they had some lactose free milk/yogurt options. Becoming more popular, not only better for digestion, but they have a longer shelf life.
The products and prices are always great at Costco. The service and efficiency of the customer service representatives at this Costco is TERRIBLE. Acknowledging customers goes a long way in customer service! And I have been calling the tire departments for two days every hour and no one picks up the phone. Very very disappointed in the customer service at Lethbridge Costco.
