I have been at this clinic for 3 years now. Dr. Singh is amazing, the nursing staff is really kind and it's very easy to get into an appointment. I have never had to wait more than 5 min passed my scheduled time. I am currently having my first child sonny first prenatal appointments were here. They were very accommodating about scheduling my appointments around my work schedule and the nurses remembered who I was and were always so friendly asking me how I was doing. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
Lethbridge Medical Clinic could definitely be more professional for a medical clinic. With its recent move to the new location it's much cleaner, however the equipment is less than desirable. I wasn't impressed by the massage tables in the separate clinical rooms. I felt they could have spent some more money on this as it didn't feel like being in a real medical clinic at all. Also most concerning was private patient documents being left out in the open for anyone to see. The time spent waiting to see the doctor was always way past the appointment time scheduled, so if you're hoping for a quick in and out, you won't find that here. If you have an appointment scheduled for 2:00 pm, plan on being there till at least 3:00 pm. Also, do not be late! Even though you're going to be there for a while, they most often will try to reschedule you. My experiences with Dr. Lasore were often leaving me to look for answers on my own. I've since looked for a new family doctor because it didn't seem like I was being heard, and medications would be changed without me knowing until I was at the pharmacy. This was very frustrating.
Dr Lahore has got to be the worst Dr I have ever met..he was falling asleep talking to me..or he was high on something...then he puts on my file that I cannot have t3s..when I can...all he cares about is getting you on his list for the money..ive wait ed for 45 mins ..so why make an appointment to see hi. When he is always running behind..dont see this guy ..he is a very bad person/Dr
I have been dealing with this clinic for a while now with a medical issue and I have gotten nothing but disrespect, rudeness, and poor communication. The lady who runs the front is super rude, arrogant, and does not know how to do her job. She has awful communication it is unbelievable, and she has also hung up on me several times. The doctor is very passive aggressive and rude, and did not explain anything clearly because he just used the medical jargon. They have been trying to screw me around because I am young and won’t take anything seriously.
We have always found Dr. Lasore personable and knowledgeable. Would refer him to anyone.
