  I was really scared of buying from here due to reviews. Shawaz had the best deal on a 2012 ford focus that I could find anywhere. I looked for 3 weeks and went to near 25 dealerships. I test drove the car. All was fine except horn wasn't working. He repaired the horn, gave the car a great detailing and provided receipts for all work that was done on the car previously including a complete clutch reassembly (notorious issue in a 2012-14 ford focus). Dealing with him was always pleasant and he was very open and honest. He even showed me the photos of the car when he bought it in its damaged state. He showed me the carfacts page and the complete history. He never tried to hide the fact it was an accident vehicle, be told us all his cars were ex auction vehicles that he gets repaired. Due to these reviews I was very nervous so wanted to check all the boxes and be sure it was all as he said and not a lemon. My own mechanic and a car test driver has since checked it and everything is mint. I won't deny that the appearance of his lot and his mannerism does make it seem a bit sketchy but everything has worked out really well for me and I got a fantastic deal. I drive this car around 150km/day for work Monday to Friday and not one single flaw.

  Do not buy a car from this guy. I know most used car dealers are kind of sleazy, but this guy Shawaz takes the cake. I've met at least half a dozen used car dealers in the past week, and many more than that in my lifetime, and I've never had an experience like I had here. I live far away, the trip wound up taking me 3 hours there and back. I spoke to this guy on the phone, and asked him very clearly if there was any problems with the car other than what he had mentioned, and he said absolutely not. He gave me the keys, told me to check it out, I asked if it was okay if I started the car to check the radio and he said yes. There were obvious problems with the car, like the driver's door actuator didn't work, the back hatch wouldn't open, I couldn't get the radio to start... I asked him why the radio wouldn't start and he informed me I needed a special code, and then he said all cars need a code to start the radio. I've been looking at so many different cars, I've owned a car, I'm driving a rental car, and I've never seen or heard of this before. So when he said all cars have it, my response was that's just not true. Then I mentioned about the back hatch not opening and the front door actuator being problematic, and he told me to leave. He said I was going to be a difficult customer and he didn't want to deal with me. This is the first time in my life I've been kicked out of somewhere for actually knowing what I was talking about. This guy is clearly looking for someone stupid to sell a lemon to, he is not a good person. I wasted 3 hours driving there and back, had I known all the issues with the car ahead of time, I would have never gone. This guy is dishonest and rude. The shop is small and dirty, no showroom, all cars are kept outside. Seriously, go somewhere else.
