Waste of my time. My Dr was 55 mins late, leaving me waiting in a tiny, windowless patient room with depressed staff who I can hear wasting time through the door. Poor time management and an even worse aesthetic. Waste of my time. I will returning to Swedish in Ballard where the staff are kind, positive and ALWAYS honor your time.
This place e is great. It's weird that I'm reviewing a doctor's office/hospital, but that's how nice the people here are. I went in today to get some injections and refill my prescription and every single person i interacted with was so kind and genuine and bright. I really appreciate that, especially in a place that has bad connotations for a lot of people. I love my primary care doctor and I've literally never had a doctor i liked before, i thought that was just normal. the folks in the injection room and at the pharmacy today were just so kind and good. I didn't catch names, but who ever is reading this should seek them out and give them my thanks. i had a 9:10 appt in the injection room on 1/26 and was number N515 at the pharmacy. find them. thank them.
I had to go to urgent care and every single person we spoke with was so wonderful and kind.
Kind staff, great doctors. When an error was made on my appointment time it was immediately corrected and the staff was understanding and apologetic. They have everything, pharmacy, lab. Etc
