I went to the drive through here today. I ordered iced coffee with milk. I asked to make sure if it was made with milk as I cannot drink cream. Instead of making me a new drink, they put coffee grinds into the same cup of coffee to make it look darker. U can see the grinds at the bottom of the cup and floating around the cup.. The worst Tims I ever been. It's a common mistake that they make which had happened plenty of times at other Tims with me, but they always make it right, except this Tims. They'll make it worst
