    If you're looking for a quick n dirty oil change, go for it. But if you are specific about your oil, or if you are specific about keeping your car clean, you may not like this place. 1. I called to confirm availability of a certain oil before going in, but once I got there, they told me they don't actually have any in stock. 2. I keep my engine bay clean. I get that you pride yourself in 9 minute oil changes but don't spill and spray oil over my clean engine bay and bumper to do it. i) Oil cap sitting in engine bay left a spill. ii) Squeezing the heck outta each bottle into the funnel scattered oil in the engine bay. ii) Flicking of the dip stick while removing it each time sprayed some more oil. 3. I was standing outside my car and watching. Each time there was a spill, I pointed it out, and the guy did not apologize once. He simply mumbled "I will clean it". No, I don't want any oil spills in the first place! I thought I made it pretty clear the first, second, third time I pointed it out? He also put the bottles of oil on different parts in my engine bay before pouring them in. What? Simply didn't bother to match customers level of care for the car. The more senior employee I watched and interacted seemed better, however. BTW They don't do half of the checks that they list on the receipt. The problem may well be with the employee that worked on my car and not the business, but this was my first and last visit. Please train your people. (Visited 6:30PM 8 Aug 2017)
