  If I could give negative stars I would. Moved to neighbourhood a year ago. Been a long time user of Active Green & Ross locations for years. This one was down the street. I assumed it would be comparable in its good service and fair prices. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Started off well, but took my mothers car in for simple maintenance and new tires. They had to be constantly called, even though they repeatedly promised to call back within hours. Took them almost a month to get winter tires! I asked for reduced price for compensation - fought with me on this every step of the way. Last month took in my van with a flat tire - they patched it up, but 2 weeks later was flat again. Took it back and they accepted blame. The next day the tire was even worse off! Returned and they would later admit they did the wrong patch. The next day it was in even worse shape!! They fixed it again, promising they had done it right. 2 days later it was flat and off the actual rim! I was at a wedding out of the city and had to change my tire with whole family in the back. I've taken it back again today demanding a NEW tire. They better come through!! DON'T GO HERE!!! There's better locations!!!

  Cheating - Went for a seasonal tire change and gave my new Michelin all season tires but they installed old Uniroyal tires. I did not noticed immediately but when I called about the change next day, there is absolutely no reply from owners. Made several follow up calls but absolutely no response. No willingness to solve the concern or even apologies.

  My car died. So they checked it out and replaced my batter. Later that day, my car died again. They were closed, so I had it towed to another mechanic I used to go to. Turns out, the alternator needed to be replaced and that the battery was just fine. Called the next day to tell them about this and asked for a refund and I'll give back the BRAND NEW BATTERY...they said sorry, the battery is worthless. I asked how, they said, once it leaves the property, no refunds or exchanges. Very shady and dishonest people. Carefully watch these criminals when they work on your car. They might take parts out and do things like that.

  Wonderful Staff Going to have a car fixed is a hassle with the fees and finding a good mechanic. I have to say, I enjoy taking my car to Farhan at Active Green & Ross. Not only are they nice but if you call ahead, they do not forget you and move on to a new customer.... This was my second visit to their business and I feel they have done a great job both times, going above and beyond in my opinion. Also, the fact that they pick you up and drop you off to leave and retrieve your car is a plus. I cannot say how valuable that is to me so I don't have to find a ride or deal with a taxi! This place will continue to have my business. Thank you so much!!

  Job will done yestarday by Alan for my exhaust pipe leak. The only concern was the cost was too high and i have no choice. I have some engine work to be done also i asked cost of it it was too high. I like the work they do professionally but cost needed to be looked into.
